These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Walsight's website, browser extension and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Walsight provides analytics for the Walmart Marketplace, including price history, buy-box ownership, seller information, stock signals and category referral-fee data, via our web app, browser extension and API.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by unauthorized means.
• Do not resell or redistribute data in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

Walsight Pro is offered for a monthly fee. A 14-day free trial is available and does not require a card. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Data accuracy

Marketplace data is provided on an "as is" basis and may contain inaccuracies or delays. You are responsible for your own business decisions; Walsight does not guarantee outcomes.

Walmart trademark

Walsight is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walmart Inc. "Walmart" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding third-party data), is owned by Walsight and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Walsight is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Walsight is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Set your specific governing law before launch.)
